Slow News Day

Composed and arranged by Ed Puddick. As recorded by the Upper Austrian Jazz Orchestra in January 2021, this grooving chart includes improvised solos for Guitar, Alto Sax and Trombone. Inspired by the Mike Gibbs composition “And On The Third Day”, this piece features a colourful melody over a slow-building, bluesy chord sequence.
